Palace by Church

The Palace at the Church is situated in the centre of Ústí nad Labem. The shape of the building is given by a corner gap. The plot on which the building is located is quite significant for this district, as it is visible from a considerable distance from the west side. The building is functionally divided into 3 units. These are: commercial ground floor, office part and residential part. The entrance to the residential part is located on the west side from the corner, while the administrative part can be entered from the south side. Parking is provided by a robotic parking system. The dominant feature of this building is the corner which is emphasized by loggias standing on columns. Under the loggias is thus created a representative entrance to the residential part at the height of two floors.
