Multifunctional Houses near School

The bachelor thesis elaborates the documentation for two multifunctional houses in Velké Poříčí located near the high school and Metuje river. There are two buildings that communicate with each other. The larger building is next to the street and a smaller one behind it. The land also has a slight slope, which is why the bistro in the larger house has two floor levels, which also allows access from the courtyard. In the smaller building, there is a study on the first floor. Both buildings have a total of 21 apartments. The accommodation is ment for families with children, young or older couples, single mothers, and individuals. The houses have a regular window grid and white plaster, which has a harmonious effect. In the staircase area has structural plaster. The house is overgrown with plants.
