Kladno - Apartment House behind the Town Hall

The bachelor thesis presents an architectural design of a four-storey residential building located in the center of Kladno, near the town square and the city hall. The building, featuring nine residential units and an open-access gallery, is part of a broader urban concept aimed at revitalizing the area and enhancing civic amenities, including the design of a new public parking facility for the city. The architectural solution of the residential building is based on a clean, minimalist expression and monochromatic color scheme, with an emphasis on simplicity of form and functional layout.
