Senior Park Šatovka

The aim of the thesis was to design a senior housing in Šárecké valley in Prague 6. Urbanistic and architectural conception was worked up in summer semester 2017/18. In the site there is an former farmstead Šatovka, which is transformed into community centre and care service. Single-storey extension contains a lecture hall with café. On the side of the compound was designed a community housing for elderly people. This thesis deals in detail with the four-storey block of flats on the west side of the site.
