CONSOLIDATION OF THE RIVER FRONT OF PETRSKÁ QUARTER IN PRAGUE AS A CONTINUATION OF THE ŠTEFÁNIK BRIDGE APPROACH AREA

The theme of the thesis is the completion of the embankment line in Petrská Quarter, more closely defined by the Revoluční and Lannova streets, following the foreground of Štefánik Bridge and the design of the Memory of Nation institution. The building aims to provide an adequate background for the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes and to better fulfill its potential, to educate the wider society, because I consider the knowledge and understanding of modern history to be very important. A remarkable part of the building is occupied by the Memory of Nations Museum, based primarily on audiovisual recordings of eyewitnesses.
