KARLOVY VARY - COLONNADE

The topic of the diploma thesis is based on the poor technical condition of the current Hot Spring Colonnade and its surroundings which does not correspond to the significance of the place that stands behind the emergence of the city of Karlovy Vary. The thesis deals with the completing of the urban structure of the central spa part of Karlovy Vary. The main focus is on the placement and design of the new Hot Spring Colonnade and a search for a suitable use for the underground of the current colonnade.
