The newly designed multifunctional building is located in Prague 7, Holešovice. It´s part of a courtyard house named The Holešovice triangle. The building is situated at the corner of the street Strojírenská and Františka Křížka. The building has 2 underground floors and 6 aboveground floors. The building includes apartmens, design studios and theatre with cafe.
