Residential House

The apartment buiding is located in the middle of the industrial zone of the Prague gas company where it forms the interface between the the former industrial and new emerging area. The mass of two towers of the apartment building is based on the creation of a central teracce, servis for social interaction among the residents of the house. This teracce should encourage residents to be open to neightbouring relationships. The house is designed for families with children offering housing in flats with the qualities of family houses.
