NEW PRAGUE CITY HALL

I propose a building for the Prague City Hall as a replacement for the administrative building of Škoda's Palace. I place the building in a neglected area in the heart of the city on the north-south highway, trying to enhance the surroundings. By locating the building, I redefine spatial relations in the neighborhood and I create a understandable urban environment.
