Mladá Boleslav - Nad Štěpánkou

An area in Mladá Boleslav, the T.G.Masaryk Avenue, offers a unique view of the Štěpánka Park while concuring historical commercial district of the town. Nowadays, this area is neglected, consisting of development from 1970s. In my project, I respond to the deficiency of housing in Mladá Boleslav by designing apartment buildings in place of the current lodgings and completing unfinished section of a corner house in the avenue. Design of the public space, which provides more intensive utilization of the area is also part of this project.
