The designed „Čestmír Suška and Ariana Shameti private gallery“ is located in Albertov, under Bastion XXXI, on the corner of Horská and Votočkova streets. The rock, in which the building is inscribed, is located below the fortification wall. In front of the main entrance there is a covered courtyard with a portico, where workshops can be held and larger artworks can be exhibited. In the lower urban part, the building has a tower-like character, whereas to a higher park level it becomes single-storeyed. Those pranes are connected by an outdoor staircase leading to a smaller plaza. It is possible to reach each level by means of interior stairs or elevator. As well as exhibitions, lectures and small theatricals managed by Ariana Shameti can be held here, for which a glass hall on the ground floor is intended. The visitors can finish their visitation with a pleasant sitting in the café, where is also a possibility of showing the cinema. A study room is located at the park level for students from nearby faculties. The building is equipped with stockrooms and offices to manage the gallery. For long-term internships of artists, the tower house contains studios and full-fledged apartments on the top floors. Parking for employees and Čestmír´s students is located on the lower floor and uses the space effectively thanks to the automated car parking system. A characteristic element for the Čestmír Suška's art is ornamentality, which is reflected on the facade in the form of brickwork with a specific bond. The construction, static and fire safety solution of the building in this bachelor thesis is related to the elevated and adjacent part of the gallery, which contains the hall and office part. Furthermore, the thesis contains the technique utilities and realization plan of the construction and solution of the selected part of the interior.
