Senior Housing

Design of senior housing is located on Květoslava Mašity street in Všenory. During designing is a building of pension Zdenka on site. Main ideas was to desing usabe and funcional building, to define space around the building and to widen the street. It is a building split to two parts with staircase halls. Third and second floor is for housing. In the first floor, there is a room for ergotherapy, social room, doctor's office and a canteen for inhabbitants. In the basement, there are technicaal rooms, waste room, storage room and cellars.
