RESIDENTIAL BLOCK VRŠOVICKÁ - PETROHRADSKÁ

The thesis proposes a new residential complex at the crossing of Vršovická Street and Botič, in a place now inappropriately used as a parking lot. The new buildings complete the street fronts in Vršovická Street and Petrohradská Street and they define a new public garden along Botič. The design is based on the character and arrangement of the existing surrounding area and complements it with new quality public spaces. Residential buildings are designed in such a way that they offer considerable variability in the layout of apartments: from flats of size 1 + kk to apartments of 4 + 1 size.
