SCHOOL AREA - PLYNARNI ZELEZNICARU

The developing neighborhood Holešovice in Prague has an increasing number of apartments. Therefore there lives an increasing number of families with children. The current capacity of kindergartens is becoming insufficient and in future perspective, the capacity will be insufficient in primary schools as well. If the local authority in Holešovice-Bubny starts development according to the urban plans, it will be on top of solving this issue. Currently the emphasis is on education, not only on schools but also arts education. Therefore Holešovice needs a new area devoted not only to education but also the children's leisure time.
