Community Centre for Seniors

New building of community center is situated on a land near to the Bělčice square. The building consists of 3 floors and is divided into 3 height levels, which reacts to sloping land. Communication with the surroundings is possible by the main entrance from the square and side passage from the Blatenská street. The building is functionally divided into two parts. The northern part is used for public spaces and day care center. The southern part has residential function.
