Town Square Revitalisation

This bachelor thesis is about revitalization and improving the current state of Edvard Beneš's square in Varnsdorf. The goal is to bring back the social and cultural life in the heart of old Varnsdorf. Important condition of the project is the precondition of new future house development on the edge of the square. The concept and design unfold from that - providing wide specter of functions and attraction for the public, slowing down and reducing the traffic and creating two action parts on the square designed for public actions, e.g. markets.
