Transformation of Former Military Courtyard in Karlin

The proposal reacts to current situation of courtyard of - Karlín barracks is democratic, fully vital and popular destination. This place has urban character, but at the same time its missing some sort of order, which is important for a place that is close to a palace of justice. It has its own specific and magnificent identity, it belongs to everybody a should be preserved like this. These circumstances lead me to the concept, where is usage by the people and usage by the palace of justice is in a balance. The wildness and restlessness and high public usage on a courtyard are projected into my proposal, but has much more organised form and character.
