Apartment Building for Artists in Pragovka

The thesis is concerned with structural and constructional documentation and planning of fire protection and HVAC (heating,ventilation and air conditioning) of an apartment building for artists located on the outskirts of the Pragovka. It lies on the border between the city and the greenery. From the outside, scale of the building and facade, fits into the industrial environment, but inside there is a spacious courtyard with greenery.
