Annotation

EVERY BUILDING DURING THEIR EXISTENCE FROM THE BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION UNTIL END-OF-LIFE, DOES IN TERMS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY AS A BURDEN TO THEIR SURROUNDINGS AND BECAUSE OF THE GROWING TRENDS IN BUILDING, TO FIND NEW WAYS TO REDUCE THIS ACTIVITY USING RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES AND USING EASIER RECYCLABLE STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS IN CONSTRUCTION. LOW-ENERGY BUILDINGS ARE BEING INCREASINGLY USED FOR SHIPBUILDING SMALL SCALES SUCH AS BUILDINGS FOR HOUSING, HOWEVER SCALE CIVIL WORKS ARE THE SOLUTION WORSE ENFORCEABLE AND USE. FOR MY THESIS I CHOSE ENTERING THE CONTEST TAICHUNGSKOU TOWER TO BE REPRESENTATIVE SYMBOL OF THE CITY, ON THE FORMER AIRPORT THAT WILL REVITA LIZOVAT THE CITY PARK WITH A PARTIALLY PROMENADE URBANIZED COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL FUNCTIONS. WHEREAS OKOLINÍMU FIELD CONDITIONS IN THE BUILDING HEIGHT I, WHICH HAS EXCEED PEAKS OF THE SURROUNDING MOUNTAINS (380 M) SO AS TO ALLOW VIEWS OF BOTH THE SEA AND I INLAND. OTHER TERMS OF CONTRACT, EXCEPT LOOKOUT POINT, CITY MUSEUM IN THE OPERATION AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS TAICHUNG. I USED BUILDINGS PROPORTION FOR ENERGY RECOVERY USING THE CHIMNEY EFFECT (MAINLY UTILIZED IN SOLAR POWER PLANTS), USING TECHNOLOGY FOR RECOVERY OF HEAT, NATURAL VENTILATION A PROPOSAL OF STEEL CONSTRUCTION OF THE TOTAL ENERGY TO REDUCE THE IMPACT OF CONSTRUCTION ON THEIR SURROUNDINGS.
