Stračí development approach

The object of this work is the study of urban development of the Stračí village located on the border of the Elbe industrial area and the natural landscape of Kokořínsko. The project discusses the options for greater permeability of the landscape, linking Stračí and Štětí with the surrounding environment, and defines their limitations. Based on the example of the village Stračí, the proposal deals with the relationship of urban areas and public spaces to the surrounding countryside, consisting at this stage in the aesthetic rather than agricultural terms.
