Apartment Building Sharp - Nové Dvory

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to design an apartment building located in the Nové Dvory locality, Prague 4. The house is located on a corner plot and is 13 floors high and has 2 underground floors, where there is a common parking lot under the entire block, which consists of 10 home. The apartment building is designed for people of all ages. There are smaller apartments for couples or individuals or large apartments for families. However, the primary goal was to design affordable housing for seniors who live alone, so the first 4 floors consist mainly of small 1-bedroom apartments.
