Annotation
The apartment building is located on the grounds of the former Koh-i-noor Waldes factory in Vršovice. Here a new urbanism was created with the preservation of significant historical elements. The design responds to the surrounding moderate architecture and tries to blend in with both the designed block and its surroundings.
