Astronomical observatory in dark-sky park is an effort to realize an institution aimed to teach and popularize astronomy in place with ideal dark-sky conditions. Recently, three dark-sky parks have been founded in the Czech Republic. My goal was to find an ideal locality in one of the parks and create an adequate astronomical infrastructure which could host a wide range of astronomical and meteorological programs for public.
