Annotation
The Mělník City Library serves as a communal hub for readers spanning all age groups. Beyond its primary function of lending books, the library is designed to foster leisure activities while offering both entertainment and educational resources. A distinctive feature of the building is an autonomously managed multifunctional hall, filling a void within the city. This hall, coupled with an adjoining gallery, transforms the library into a vibrant cultural center. Additionally, the ground floor accommodates commercial spaces available for rent, contributing to the vitality of the adjacent streets.
