New Plan for Chříč

The Chříč Brewery needs to provide new housing for its employees within a reasonable distance from the workplace. The village of Chříč is expanding on to the green field, creating a new rural structure with a community-oriented way of life. The new rural structure revolves around a central wooden pergola construction, serving residents of community homes, family houses, and the new secondary school of the 2nd degree, which the brewery is also constructing. Two buildings within the new rural structure are designed for brewery workers with limited physical abilities. The structures of interest include an atrium at their center, terraces and balconies along their perimeter, and their construction solutions align with their surounding of countryside, while adopting an ecological approach to construction.
