CITY PARKING HOUSE OF THE FUTURE

Annotation
Parking house in Vinohrady with a historical monument on the intended area. The house calms the surrounding streets while creating a new community space and opening the original slaughterhouse and market to the public. The design includes spaces that are designed for the elderly, this concept is based on the hypothesis of an aging population and the need to reflect this future problem. A full parking structure is proposed, along with subsequent cohousing of seniors.
