The DORMS ON TRACKS project works with the idea of ​​a new modern student campus connected with economically advantageous social housing and a timeless coworking building with a view directly onto the railway track. The newly created semi-public space separated by four new buildings and a historic renovated granary offers an attractive environment that serves as a center for education, recreation and culture.
