Basic Art School with Hall

The propopsal adresses the addition of a missing function to a small town with a historical heritage. The town lacks a place where residents can meet, watch a performance, or simply have a coffee in a peaceful environment. Furthermore, in the town Přerov nad Labem, there is an elementary school that would greatly benefit from a space for leisure activities, choir practise and additional art education.
