The future weather estimations are not in favor of us. Global warming is believed to affect hundreds of millions people by the year 2100. The living conditions are predicted to be very different than today. Those conditions which are created by us. So why should the housing be the same? Today's houses use the post industrial revolution technologies. They all have blueprints, industrial manufacturing and made by workers. This limits the adaptivity and the flexibility for future usage. Therefore the proposal is adapt to what is predicted and still be flexible for what is not predicted. The project also learns from many at¬tempts in the past such as metabolism movement and unit - cluster based architecture for the flexibility aspects.
