Glasgow — To Care
Annotation
The assignment of Year 4 was to design a future portfolio of civic buildings for Glasgow. These buildings will vary in scale, from small (S) interventions on the street corner to extra-large (XL) structures which will dominate the landscape. Just as they vary in scale, so too will they offer a variety of programmatic uses whilst sharing a common goal: To Care, for each other; for those within them, and for the city around them.
my key experience from erasmus
Yearlong Erasmus in Glasgow could be basically described as a standard studying at a foreign university. No special treatment, no benefits - we were all the same students with the same assignment, they had the same requirements for all of us, we were all measured by the same yardstick. Challenging, but rewarding experience.
