Quoting Ernst F. Schumacher: 'Small is beautiful. Architecture as if people mattered' Using as main material: masonry, exposed brick - brick as measurement, modulation and character - site: a city block for equipments in St. Cugat - a building for a courthouse - in these times of a deep crisis of justice as an institution, (caused in good measure by the actors themselves), we propose some thinking from the architecturalproject on the character that a building destined for this use must have - and both the crisis of the institution and its spatial representativeness, have been explained in the best way by creators like Franz Kafka and Orson Welles.
my key experience from erasmus
One is immensely enriched by the school, classmates and the environment. At the same time, he will gain a new awareness of the approach to architecture in another country, teaching methods and thinking about architecture as a whole, which he can then apply in the next life of design itself.
