RESIDENTIAL BUILDING TYLOVA

The project is about a residential building in a gap between houses near the historic center of Písek. Next to the site, there is a city park, the Fráňa Šrámek Theatre, and a gym, which had to be respected in the design. On the ground floor, there is a café with a view of the park and outdoor seating in the yard. Three typical floors that have two 3-room with a kitchenette and one 2-room with a kitchenette flats. All with balconies facing the park. The terraced top floor has two 3-room with a kitchenette flats with large terraces.
