In the cobbled courtyard beneath the chestnut tree, between arcades and a church, new life emerges in the backdrop of a former hospital in Všehrdova Street, Prague. ALL•AGE is a place where calm is natural and the presence of all generations a daily joy. It promotes community life and intergenerational connection. The community centre includes a hall for social events and facilities for Sv. Jana Křtitele Na Prádle Church. Its gentle form complements the courtyard, reflecting arcaded galleries and connecting to the courtyard. The former hospital breathes again — offering housing for seniors, as 1-bedroom flats or shared living. The northern part is extended, the ground floor features a café and a shared garden. Architecture does not silence the past — it lets it resound in a new tone.
