The project builds on the structure of the former Lesser Town hospital in Všehrdova Street and sensitively opens its grounds to new life. In a historic context, close to Kampa and Petřín, a community space is being created for everyday coexistence across generations. The design includes barrier-free and community apartments, a children's group, physiotherapy facilities, and a café where seniors participate in its operation. The newly inserted building offers a multifunctional space for dance, workshops and lectures, a clubhouse for children activities, a community workshop and a gallery. The inner courtyard is transformed into a peaceful green space with horse chestnut trees, a grassy area and raised flower beds.
