Beyond the Railway

The assignment of the semester project is to design an urban study for the development of the town of Přeštice, which has over 7,000 inhabitants and is located south of Plzeň. With a planned bypass and railway modernization, the town has the potential to grow as a regional center. The study focuses on a new area near the town center, originally designated for industrial use, but with the potential to accommodate a mix of housing, services, and production.
