Regulatory plan Benešov: Behind the Barracks

The area under consideration is located in a development area on the southern outskirts of Benešov. As part of the urban planning concept for the area "Behind the Tábor Barracks", which proposes a new residential district, an area of ​​16 hectares has been defined. This area under consideration includes the main square of the district - Školní náměstí, important connections with the center of Benešov, the area of ​​the city brewery, and other areas of a predominantly residential nature. The area is adjacent to the "Sladovka" sports complex, connects to the stabilized block development of the city center, and is connected by a road network towards the train station. The aim of the assignment was to elaborate the the regulatory plan according to the legislation.
