there are a lot of unused plots in the center of prague, among them všehrdova 440/7. in my project, I tried to return the place to its original charm and make it more attractive to the public, but at the same time to respect it and its existing residents. around the existing building, I create new apartments that copy the line of the old house "in an L" and respect the greenery. the street is open to the public, people sit in a cafe and observe the surrounding events. two children's groups and a social hall are being created on the site of the old building, a garden and play elements in the area in front of the church. the project connects the old with the new. children are playing in front of the church, you can hear their children's laughter and joy, it is almost lunch time.
