Behind the railroad

Located about 15 minutes south of Plzeň, lies the town of Přeštice. Following the boom of home office jobs, it has become the target of many young families looking for a quiet place to raise kids, inside a small town community. Recently the city has decided to expand, following the project of a long awaited city bypass. As the development has been mostly on the western side, this project is to create a balance, by developing the western parts, behind the railroad. As it is partially separate from the rest of town, it should be able to function by itself. It is to contain a school, kindergarten, shops and services, a clinic and a park.
