Kačerov – THE CONVERGING CITY

A complex area surrounding the METRO C and bus depot– Kačerov. One of the larger land reserves for development in Prague, located at a strategic junction of two major transportation arteries. The D1 motorway, transformed into 5. května st., cuts through the city, unchanged with the character of a highway. The city ring road – Jižní spojka – intersects as well. Both are high-capacity routes with the potential to support dense urban development. In addition, the area features a significant metro–train–bus transport hub, which is currently underutilized.
