Annotation
The proposed building for the tram stop Otakarova in Nusle responds to the dynamic context of the site, where a new metro station D is planned and a major transport hub will emerge. The project focuses on harmonizing the transit center with the newly created public space in front of the building. Its shape and façade design bring life to the street level and seamlessly connect pedestrian movement with transport flows. The designed ground floors and the forecourt are conceived as pleasant areas for stopping, sitting, and socializing.
