I'm at the intersection. From the north, the majesty of a steep cliff with a manor house on top. To the south, the impenetrable barrier of a busy road cutting the area off from the rest of the world. But perhaps that's why this part of Prague remains empty. Just across the river, a new neighbourhood is growing dynamically. Soon the city will be everywhere. Almost everywhere. Something different will grow here. I'm creating a place for knowledge. A place that educates in sustainability across disciplines, an urban-rural environment, a modern variation on the agricultural cooperative and a 21st century salvage yard.
