PLASY - RENOVATION OF AN OLD STABLE WITH A GREENHOUSE ANNEX

The project focuses on the revitalization of stables and the creation of new functions for its use. In the historical, baroque, stable building I therefore design all-round spaces for leisure and social activities, as well as professional work. It is mainly a workshop space in a carpentry and ceramic workshop, a community hall connected to a newly designed greenhouse for tropical flowers, which has sufficient antecedents for any events, apartments, and exhibition spaces and a tower with bells are open to the public. The floor plan of the greenhouse is loosely based on one of the many previous structures in the area. The addition of the greenhouse ensures a light and non-violent closure of the site, helping to complete it.
