PARLIAMENT BUILDING IN PRAGUE'S PARK WALL BELT
Annotation
The new parliament building is a symbol of the modern, transparent and democratic Czech Republic.
Its location not only complements the park's walled belt, but also the buildings of the ministries located on the banks of the Vltava River. This proposal is intended to combine the current parliamentary buildings into one and increase its capacity. The building includes meeting rooms, public spaces and facilities for civil debate, thus encouraging active public participation in law-making. The building is not just an institution, but an open forum where the state meets the citizen.
