Regulatory Plan – Benešov u Prahy – Za nádražím

This regulatory plan builds on the 2024 ATUR project and focuses on transforming a brownfield site next to the railway station into a modern urban neighborhood. The proposal defines the basic spatial layout and land use with the goal of improving accessibility and movement through the area, supporting the growth of the regional center and job opportunities, creating high-quality public spaces and blue-green infrastructure, offering a mix of housing and services, and highlighting the city’s entrance by linking key urban areas.
