The proposal transforms the neglected railway area in České Budějovice into a vibrant, green, and community-oriented urban district. A linear park along the Dobrovodský stream connects the area, with green boulevards, water features, and public spaces. The design respects the Jewish cemetery and integrates it into the structure. Superblocks reduce traffic and support street life. The scale transitions from tall buildings by the railway to townhouses near existing homes, creating a smooth urban gradient.
