Hostivice – one park more On the western edge of Prague, where the number of residents is rapidly growing, lies the potential for a new urban park – a place for peaceful walks as well as vibrant encounters. The design focuses on a carefully planned path network that opens the park in all directions, allowing for smooth movement and natural pauses. The paths connect diverse parts of the area – from quiet zones and play areas to open spaces for leisure activities. The park is conceived as a multifunctional space that sensitively responds to the needs of the local community. It offers a setting for daily recreation, community life, and connection with nature – in the rhythm of the city, yet with the spirit of the landscape.
