ZUBRNICE - VILLAGE HUB

Located in the protected village of Zubrnice in Northern bohemia, my project proposes a new multifunctional centre that responds to the lack of social and healthcare infrastructure in the area. The new building combines a pharmacy, café, and terrace on the ground floor with medical and wellness services on the upper floor, including consultation rooms, a dental office, therapy spaces, and a small gym. The project extends into the landscape, offering offering a new public space, playground, picnic area, and an extra parking space making it a true civic hub for both residents and visitors.
