In the heart of Prague's Strašnice district, a forgotten panel house stood silently – a promise of the future that remained only an echo of the past. Its concrete walls were fading, its windows staring into the void. And it was there, amidst the cracks in the plasterwork, that a new story began to unfold. The building is brought to life by combining student accommodation with a sports centre. The outdoor balcony connects lives and the courtyard below hides a gym where footsteps echo and the sound of balls bouncing off the walls can be heard.
