The project focuses on revitalizing a courtyard block on Štěpánská Street. The design preserves the Gothic house and the extension of a corridor-style building, which represent the site’s historical character. The former school building, in poor technical condition, is removed. In its place, a five-story residential building is proposed, designed for community living for people with limited mobility. It includes three apartments for 12 residents and shared spaces for daily activities and rehabilitation. A ground-floor café opens the courtyard to the public. The project connects historical and contemporary elements while promoting a high-quality urban environment and community interaction.
