HOUSE IN THE GAP

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of an apartment building with a community centre located in the historic centre of the city - “in the gap”. The aim of the thesis was to develop an architectural study focusing on the building-technical, structural and technological design of the building. The design also includes a fire-safety solution, principles of construction organization and the implementation project of selected parts of the interior.
